This work integrates Tantric philosophy, polarity repair, and Energetic Core Healing
within a contained, progressive structure.

I bring over four decades of experience across somatic, energetic, and integrative healing disciplines.

Energetic Core Healing was developed through decades of refinement across bodywork, breathwork, polarity work,
and trauma recovery.

I am also a survivor of sexual abuse by a man.

That experience informs this work.
